Quietly asked
A few useful answers.
Seventy-two hours minimum for a private dinner. For larger events — anything over twenty guests, or anything with florals, music or production — three to six weeks is more comfortable. We’ll always tell you honestly if a date isn’t possible.
All of Paros. We also work regularly on Antiparos, and across the wider Cyclades — Naxos, Syros, Mykonos, Santorini, Folegandros. Yacht dining, anywhere you can drop us a tender.
Pricing is calibrated to your party size, location, the produce season, and the level of production you’d like. We share it after a short conversation, in writing, on a single page — never as a moving target.
Tell us everything. Coeliac, severe nut allergies, vegan, kosher, halal, child-friendly. The menu is written for your party only, so accommodating is the rule, not the exception.
Up to seven days before, full refund minus a small admin fee. Within seven days, the deposit is held — we’ve already shopped, prepped and committed the team. Genuine emergencies we always handle case-by-case, kindly.
